Will it be Tea or Coffee?

Did you know that other than being a social affair, coffee has other benefits?

According to webmd, there are more than 400 billion cups consumed every year, making it one of the most popular beverages in the world.

Your daily cup of java may reduce the risk of type II diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease, and more.

Coffee also contains a powerful antioxidants. In fact, Americans get more antioxidants from coffee than from any other food or beverage.

Coffee can boost one’s health, but keep the limit to a min of half a cup, if you have high blood pressure. As exceeding 2 or 3 cups daily may increase blood pressure, especially for those with borderline or high blood pressure.

With so many options, flavours, brands, and even mise en scene or the way it is served, one can come to the conclusion that a good cup of coffee or tea, is measured by more than the bean, source, brew, flavour…a good cup of coffee is the sum of all this and more. It is the enjoyment one has when the good cup of coffee or tea is met by a beautiful ambience and company.
